Dr Franci Cronje is an educator, researcher and academic with a passion for learning. Lifelong learning found her relatively late in life when she enrolled for a BA (Fine Art) degree at the age of 35, and she has never stopped learning since. Four post-graduate degrees later, she realised that being the eternal student gave her an acute awareness of learners’ experience and desires.
Her broad experience combined with her educational studies in creativity, youth identity, research methodologies and critical studies; enable her to apply knowledge on a practical, as well as theoretical level. Over the last 12 years, her focus has been on teaching and learning in the online, and blended learning environment, at a private higher education institution. Her primary focus has always been to make digital learning easy and useful.
